1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NewsTrade platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform. NewsTrade is a product of the E-WIN Project Ecosystem.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Nigeria to use this platform. By using NewsTrade, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Binary Event Trading
NewsTrade provides a platform for binary event trading based on verified news outcomes. All trades are settled using our proprietary LMSR (Logarithmic Market Scoring Rule) pricing mechanism. We reserve the right to void any market in the event of clear error or manipulation.
4. AI Analysis & News Accuracy
While our AI orchestration pipeline (Director Chisom & team) strives for 100% accuracy, all AI-generated content is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any news item. Users should perform their own due diligence before trading.
5. Financial Transactions
Deposits and withdrawals are processed via verified third-party providers (Paystack, Flutterwave, Korapay, Seerbit). We are not responsible for delays caused by these providers. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required for all withdrawals exceeding ₦50,000.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from engaging in wash trading, insider trading, or any form of market manipulation. Attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities will lead to immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
